Wave Community membership and expectations

Last updated: July 30, 2026. Wave membership is complimentary, invitation-only, subject to approval, and may be modified, paused, or revoked by Wakehouse Miami. Membership does not guarantee a reservation, discount, collaboration, compensation, or continuing benefit.

Members are expected to participate respectfully and in a way that aligns with Wakehouse values. Members must follow captain and crew instructions, respect guest privacy, avoid unsafe or disruptive conduct, and protect people, equipment, the brand, and the wider community.

By participating in a Wave experience or event, a member permits Wakehouse Miami to capture and use photo and video content featuring that member for website, social, advertising, and promotional purposes without additional compensation. A member may contact the team to discuss a specific removal request. Any separate creator agreement or written usage arrangement controls when it provides different terms.

Referral rewards, discounts, complimentary rides, content opportunities, and other benefits are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued. A referral reward applies only when the written program requirements are met and the qualifying reservation is completed.

Boating, wakesurfing, swimming, and related water activities involve inherent risk. Participation is voluntary and remains subject to the waiver, safety, booking, and checkout terms for the applicable experience.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wakehouse Miami is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising solely from Wave membership, community events, referrals, or member activities.

Wakehouse may update or discontinue the Wave Community and these terms by posting a revised date. Questions may be sent to info@wakehousemiami.com.
