Legal
Website and experience terms
Last updated: July 30, 2026. By using this website, submitting an inquiry, or completing a Wakehouse Miami reservation, the user agrees to these terms and to any product-specific terms presented by the connected booking provider. If a user does not agree, they should not use the site or complete a reservation.
Website content is provided for general information and may change as experiences, availability, routes, prices, equipment, inclusions, and operating conditions evolve. A reservation is not final until FareHarbor or the applicable booking provider and Wakehouse Miami issue confirmation. Guests are responsible for reviewing the selected product, date, duration, capacity, price, and policies before payment.
Pricing, deposits, payment timing, cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, weather, refund, gift card, and expiration rules displayed for the selected product at checkout form part of the reservation terms. Product-specific checkout terms control if they differ from a general website summary or older promotional material.
Boating, wakesurfing, swimming, and related water activities involve inherent risk. Guests must provide accurate participation information, complete required waivers, follow captain and crew instructions, wear required safety equipment, and use equipment only as directed. A parent or legal guardian must complete any required documentation for a minor.
The captain has final authority over vessel operation, route, weather, water conditions, equipment use, swim decisions, guest conduct, and whether an activity may begin or continue. Wakehouse may delay, modify, refuse, or end an experience when safety, weather, mechanical conditions, capacity, prohibited items, intoxication, harassment, unlawful conduct, or risk to people or property requires it.
Guests are responsible for damage caused by intentional, reckless, or prohibited conduct and for personal items brought aboard. Routes, landmarks, water conditions, wildlife, sunsets, ride outcomes, and the ability to stand or ride are never guaranteed. Website descriptions and images communicate the experience but do not promise an identical itinerary or result.
Wakehouse names, logos, photographs, videos, written content, designs, and other brand materials may not be copied, republished, sold, or used commercially without written permission. Third-party services and links are governed by their own terms, availability, and privacy practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wakehouse Miami is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use or an experience. These terms are governed by Florida law, and any dispute will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County unless another process is required by law. Questions may be sent to info@wakehousemiami.com. Terms may be updated by posting a revised date on this page.
