The first wakesurf challenge is timing, not force
Why relaxed arms and a compact start help
Beginners often try to stand too early or pull hard on the rope. A better start lets the board respond to water pressure while the guest stays compact. Once the board moves underneath the body, standing becomes a smaller and more controlled movement.
Clear coaching can make this sequence easier to understand, but every guest needs a different number of attempts.
